We provide our clients of thoughtful decisions, strategic advice, market reserach and project management in the field of real estate and economic development. Our focus lies on the following markets: housing, industrial estates, commercial real estate and area development.
Our products are not only in line with the current economic and market situation, but also provide a strong competitive position for the future. With our recommendations, you are able to increase income and limit losses and risks.

Clients

Our clients vary from housing corporations, municipalities, regions, provinces, ministries, real estate investors and developers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Half of our projects concerns the private sector, the other half is private.

Organisation

Currently we employ 45 professionals, such as specialised geographers, planners, economists and masters in real estate. The Executive Board of Directors consists of the two founders of Stec Groep: Duco Bodewes (housing, area development) and Peter van Geffen (commercial real estate, business parks, area and economic development). We have four Managing Partners: Peije Bruil, Esther Geuting, Felix Sevenheck and Frans Wittenberg. Furthermore, the Council of Commissioners consists of Agnes Snellers (President and Founder Transfer Solutions in Leerdam), Johan Conijn (Director Ortec Finance and Professor of the housing market at Amsterdam University/Amsterdam School of Real Estate) and Vincent Siegmund (Director KplusV in Arnhem).

Our location

Stec Groep was founded in 1996. The first twelve years we were located in the University Business Centre and in the Mercator Science & Technology Park at the University of Nijmegen. In 2008 we moved to Arnhem, into a monumental building by the famous architect Dudok (1938) and within walking distance of Central Station.
